re-mock does not fail if JBox_LoadMOMProperty is called while creating a native object but Recon/Reason does:

An error has occurred in device 'XXX' (XXX)
ModFunc: CreateNativeObject
HostFunc: JBox_LoadMOMProperty
Message: 
The API call 'JBox_LoadMOMProperty' is illegal in the context of 'CreateNativeObject'.

re-mock should behave the same way
