Description

Many numerical libraries now respect the OMP_NUM_THREADS environment variable, often in addition to their own explicit environment variables that serve the same purpose.

It would be very useful if Polars treated OMP_NUM_THREADS in the same way it does POLARS_MAX_THREADS.
