Reimplement interactive taxonomy plotting

We should outline the type of plots we plan to use in this section then outline the data requirements for each type. For example, if we're plotting relative abundance of taxa, the simplest example table would only need a unique ID and the taxonomy. I'm trying to provide something so we can move forward with plot development.
