Persistent Notification with Speed Limits and Speedometer

Any chance you can include current speed limits and speedometer data in the app notification?

This will make it possible to intercept the values with Tasker/Automate.
And then broadcast them to other apps, such as KLWP to display the values on home screen, in custom fonts and styles.
