Request: Gesture or double-tap to dismiss overlay for configurable duration

Occasionally it is necessary to move the speed tile overlay around the screen to interact with an app underneath - e.g. if using Android Auto on your device screen.

It would be useful to be able to extend the existing 'tap to dim' feature so that a double-tab or even a gesture could temporarily dismiss the speed tile for a configurable duration.

The dismiss duration would be configured within the Velociraptor configuration screen. An appropriate default duration might be 10 seconds, after which the speed tile overlay would reappear.
