Hello,

I am currently in version 10.0.16 of GLPI with the formcreator plugin in version 2.13.9 and the additional fields plugin in 1.21.17.

I updated the version of the plugin Additional fields from 1.21.16 => 1.21.17.
Since this update, when a user wants to create a ticket, as soon as they click on ‘Submit’, it creates the ticket but does not display the return to the form creation page.

Users therefore click on the button several times and this creates as many tickets as they have clicked on.

How did you manage to downgrade your version?

When I uninstall the plugin and delete the folder, it remains in version 1.21.17.

I didn't uninstall it before on GLPI, I deleted the folder and put back the folder from the old version and reactivated it on GLPI.

As mentioned in another ticket, I've downloaded the changelog.md and container.class.php files and replaced them in the Fields folder, but it doesn't work for me.
