This was a request from Discord, but a good one! We should update this example to show how to accomplish two bots talking to each other using the latest Pipecat patterns.

Would be curious if you have any suggestions on what the new v can look like -then I can take a stab at it, I'm just not sure what are the recommended patterns now.

@chadbailey59 any thoughts to share? I haven't thought through how this will work given the current Pipecat architecture.
