ENH: Typhos / PyDM screen steps

Expected Behavior

We should have a step that opens a typhos or pydm screen for the user to take some sort of problem that's been solved better outside of ATEF. Should include instructions on what to do once the screen has been opened.

Needs to include the GUI and accompanying dataclasses.
