Bundle is missing SQLServerPrefsUpdate_v7.0.0.sql script

The bundle and repository are missing the SQLServerPrefsUpdate_v7.0.0.sql script. This script is required to update the server to include all the demo widgets and settings for MS SQL Server. Equivalent files for other databases do exists so this should only affect MS SQL Server and since it is only demo/sample data, it should not affect production systems.
