RFC: Boosters packs

Boosters packs inclusion

Boosters packs are getting more interesting than ever with the Pokémon TCG Pocket app

Two things will be done to add the feature to the app

Set object

in the set object a boosters key will be added with the list of boosters the set contains

name: the name of the booster pack in the user language (most likely the Pokémon on the front of it)
image: The front image of the booster pack (when available)

Card Object

the card object will have the same object defined but only for boosters the card can be found in

Because boosters will need time to be added to every sets.

It will first be optional meaning that if no boosters key is defined, the card is available in every boosters.

Note: if boosters: [] then that mean the card is not available in any boosters (ex: in the set A1, the Mew card is available through a hidden mission, same for a majority of Promo cards)
