Repositories should support organizing Blueprints into sub-folders under //blueprints/

Currently, Torque automatically syncs into the connected space all relevant .yml/.yaml files under {repo_root}/blueprints/

Once you have a lot of blueprints, this becomes very hard to manage, and although it is possible to split to different repositories, that's not ideal.

Can we please add support for putting the blueprint files in sub-folders? example {repo_root}/blueprints/aws/
