unbound needs root

'brew services list' gives me as a result:

When i then as sudo (re)start by hand unbound, i get this:

  /usr/local/Cellar/unbound/1.13.0/sbin/unbound
  /usr/local/opt/unbound
  /usr/local/opt/unbound/sbin

This will require manual removal of these paths using `sudo rm` on
brew upgrade/reinstall/uninstall.

What should i change in the setup. Eventually, i think, i could create an exception file in /etc/sudoers.d which gives unbound the option to be started without sudo (like it is needed e.g. for yabai) ... ?

Searching a little bit further and after removing unbound and re-installing and activating it to brew services start, i found this:

~ >>> sudo /usr/local/opt/unbound/sbin/unbound-checkconf  
[1607328751] unbound-checkconf[6910:0] fatal error: user 'unbound' does not exist.

May be there is something wrong in the brew formula? How should/could i change this by hand, eventually changing the owner of unbound.conf to root (or: user?)?
