when we use the use GEE asset dropdown we don't want to face the manifest in the list

We should create a custom dropdown that keep in memory the manifest and only display the stem + folder

I think the only solution is to create a more sophisticated asset selector based on the file selector

I'm so lame, the solution was just in front of my face ....
'name' has the manifest
'id' does not ....
