Strange unknown ingredients

I have a number of ingredients in the Spanish unknown list that I don't understand why they are there.

In the report they are listed in normal type rather than italicized and don't have a hyphen between the words or a '*' in the last column.

For example:
en:Chocolate flavouring - gives a URL https://es.openfoodfacts.org/ingrediente/en:chocolate-flavouring
Opening the product the ingredients are all in French and running them through the ingredients analysis there are no unknowns. There are others in other languages so it doesn't seem to be language related.

In the known list, or the unknown list?

That one is a known ingredient (but with no translation to Spanish)

It's not in the unknown list:

It's odd.. It's in the unknowns.
How I got there:
Either Open: https://es.openfoodfacts.org/ingredients/3 (which is the anchor for 3rd page of unknowns) or open the Unknowns list and go to the 3rd page (same URL)
In Buscar put 'en:'
When it populates click on * (last column) - there are entries in normal type, no ''
There are a load of entries, this one is the last one before the '' s start

Pagination does not work with ?status=unknown in fact.
