Update BIDS content Types

This is a PR from the core-repo openMetadataInitiative/openMINDS_core#304.

It has a few too many open questions to create a new PR here, so I wanted to raise this as an issue first.

adding IRI to BIDS spec
updating names
adding missing content types
QUESTION: how detailed do we want to be here?
A) Each TSV and JSON type becomes its own content type?
B) Should we have one content type for all TSV and one content type for all JSONs?

Please see the updated files in the original PR. Maybe @lzehl can elaborate on the problem if necessary. I can make a new PR ones a conclusion has been reached.
