Add an "availability" page of some sort

Maybe it's a contact us page (which I note we don't have! Unless I looked wrong?).

Ideally this would show contact hours and addresses that we expect people to be available and answering.

• Cohort and mentoring contacts
• finance team
• Consultancy and partnership contacts
• End of year closure etc.

I think this would be really helpful! Finance could add information about our processing times for different payments - that way we can link to it in our autoresponder and update it dynamically as capacity changes.

Not sure who'll be picking this up but I'd like to collaborate on it 🙂
