Redesign Groupincome.org

Problem:
Group Income website was done over 4 years ago and needs an uplift. The goal of the redesign is to bring the communication up-to-speed, explain GI vision and the explain the product better. The prototype is close to be ready for launch and the website should make people interested in signing up for it.

Initial Analysis

• Information is scattered between different pages and platforms (youtube, reddit, etc)
• The homepage doesn't answer the basic questions about the project (What, Who, Why, How)
• It's not clear that it is an app to distribute income between a group
• The target audience is not clearly defined
• FAQ's need to be updated with Andrea's work
• Main Navigation is confusing

Open Questions

• How technical should we be on our communication?
• How much focus should be given to Basic Income vs Decentralisation?

• Propose new Information Architecture / Navigation for website
• Create wireframes for new pages
• Create high-fidelity designes for website
