Describe the bug
Software Check for updates not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to profile
  2. Hit check for updates

@rithviknishad i just clicked on that and it updated it and now if i click it shows no update so I think its working

check the screenshot attached in the issue. issue is about when updates are available, it does nothing.
