Display long text

It's true that CarPlay isn't designed to read long text on the screen. I tried to find a way of displaying some for a specific need, but all the templates or elements cut off the text after 2 lines. However, when you look at the calendar application (see the image below), it's possible to do this. Does anyone know how I can achieve this?
