Francisco,
I have thrown together a topology of the plant that I would like to do "on design" modeling for. This is a package boiler design that includes a single extraction backpressure steam turbine. I am curious if you could comment on if the current depiction and setup of the boiler with the blowdown implemented is able to be modeled in Tespy, along with the rest of the system.
My goal is to include some of the key subcomponents of the boiler design so that I can accurately model the impact of blowdown and the extraction of thermal energy at each stage of the boilers subsystem, so that by the time the exhaust is sent to the amine carbon capture, it is at the correct state.
My impression is that the package boiler can be modeled similarly to the HRSG subsystem you include in the documentation on the Tespy page. Let me know if you think there is a better way to show the topology so that tespy could be used for the boiler section than how I broke it out here.
Regards ,
John
