get_binimg() function does not filter out targets that are not visible in the image

I visualized the function get_binimg() for making truth values and found that even the invisible targets in the image were made truth values, without filtering out targets outside the image. Is this appropriate?

Only 4-5 cars are visible in the 5 images, but over a dozen cars are visible on the binary image，

我可视化了做真值的函数，发现把图像不可见的目标也做了真值，并没有过滤图像外的目标，这合适吗？
