Issue description
Users are not informed that CCA time input is restricted to be less than 1 hour. Students might have CCAs lasting more than 1 hour. Should be accounted for in productive hours

Steps to reproduce the issue
1.add cca /n tennis /s 2020-11-15 1200 /e 2020-11-15 1300

CCA is added
