From the Readme, it sounds like Tiny11 is largely focused on removing bloatware apps (which could be manually uninstalled from vanilla Windows anyway). In contrast, Windows 11 IoT LTSC comes by default without any bloatware (even AppInstaller and WinGet must be installed manually), while also being optimized for lower system requirements and increased stability.
Does Tiny11 (*not* Core version) offer any additional debloating or optimization compared to that?
