Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

File name can be built easily non-portable way.
For example, in windows, file names with \ is prohibited, when this file is in a git repo, we can't clone this repo in windows file system.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a sanity checker that finds out if a given file name inside a commit is not portable, will reduce unexpected problem.
