In de nieuwe rijkshuisstijl is een advies gegeven over focus outline; zie: https://www.rijkshuisstijl.nl/publiek/modules/product/DigitalStyleGuide/default/index.aspx?ItemId=10813

Deze focus outline (van een afwisseling van zwart en wit) wordt bijvoorbeeld ook al toegepast op https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/ (met Tab kan je dat in actie zien)

Doel van deze issue is om alle componenten een focus ring te geven volgens deze standaard.
