Idea:

  • use nix to generate a list of packages to skip
  • build conditions around the list generation, so we only skip sway-related packages while wayland-protocols is below a certain revision
  • maybe emit a warning after the condition expires so that we remove the skip condition entirely, just for cleanliness sake, though these warnings would leak to users and maybe be annoying
