Request swayr window switcher

Could you track swayr? It is a window switcher which seems actively developed and nixpkgs lags behind with releases.

I suppose, PRs welcome, there's other pkgs in here that just take their upstream pkgs and use an updated source. That would likely work here.

Nice, I don't mind having it here, but it does seem like the author of swayr is cutting releases, might as well get it in nixpkgs for sure! Thanks @Artturin!
