Feature Suggestion - Cancel / Restart a currently running Task

As the title says, this would be a useful addition to the current tooling.

Also to add on top of that, a way of knowing a Task is running, would be great, but I don't know if it's something fesable with the VSCode API.

I'm proposing the following :
A toggle switch to launch/cancel a task.
Press it once to launch a task, it could show a spinner or a different image when it's running
Press it once when the task is running, terminates the task.

Ideally, this would also detect if you launch the task by hand.
