Description of feature

The usability of the cellrangermulti pipeline would be improved if the presence of VDJ data could be inferred based on the samplesheet instead of relying on the --dataskip_cellrangermulti_vdjref parameter as described in the documentation:

When running cellranger multi, without any VDJ data, users can also skip VDJ automated ref building with: --skip_cellrangermulti_vdjref.
