Some rssfeeds like golem.de place ads like "XXX now 50€ less on Amazon"
Also some other RSS feeds contain stuff I don't interessted in.
Describe the solution you'd like
Let users create some filtering (regexp, or simple word chains), to exclude those unwanted content.
Best would be to have one global filter list and one "per rssfeed"
Maybe an global directory to see what was excluded would help to check if the exclude pattern work as expected
