[Feature Request] Bigger thumbnails

Hey there,

Firstly, thank you for the great app!

More than a long title, I think the image says a lot more, and I know immediately if I want to read the title, or if I can swipe to the next article.
I like the thumbnail display, but I'd prefer to have an option to display larger thumbnails, like in the google app: a large image taking up the whole width, and a bold title.
