Bad lumbar segmentation in whole-spine #347

Description

Looking at the spinal cord segmentation in the whole-spine dataset, the end of the cord segmentation is bad, here are a few examples for label-SC_seg.nii.gz) files

I am not sure how there were created, @NathanMolinier I would like your input!

Those segmentations from whole-spine were generated using deep learning models from SCT such as sct_deepseg_lumbar_t2w, contrast-agnostic and sct_deepseg_sc. And I believe Yehuda manually corrected some images but definitely we know that there is room for improvement
