Script ./nb-dt-import.py nor Docker works

I have NetBox Community v4.1.4 running on docker and when I follow the regular steps or docker installation both fail despite I have provide a valid Token and NETBOx Host.

on regular steps when I execute ./nb-dt-import.py I get the following error.
