For some people quotes show up as boxes when Newari is chosen as the language.

I believe this issue occurs if the browser or computer does not have the Newari Lipi font installed. This is a good issue for someone else to pickup as it's hard for me to debug it on my machine (works on my machine 🤷 ).

A potential fix would be set the font for the text on the quotes component to something that supports Newari lipi.
