Currently waiting for GH Actions to release standard ARM runners. They are already available to Team and Enterprise customers as of Sep 2024, planned to be released for all open source projects by the end of the year.

ARM builds will be downloaded from the same source as the other Linux builds: https://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/.
