Bug description

Cannot edit the Vault description after creation.

Steps to reproduce

Create Vault and populate with data.
Go to the chooser screen and click the cogwheel, for that Vault.
No option to add or edit discription.
...

Expected behavior

Have an option to edit the description text for the Vault.

Environment

Your own self-hosted instance (v5 a.k.a chandler version or main branch)

Version of Monica

Installation method

Docker image

Web server

Nginx

Database engine version

MariaDB

this is currently addressed in 7523
