Clicking the Refresh List button doesn't refresh the update Icon of git repositories.
Close and reopening the package manager windo does the trick though.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the package manager
  2. In parallel, push a new version of one of the git packages.
  3. Go back to the package manager and click on the refresh button
  4. Notice the new version isn't visible.

Expected behavior
The update icon and available version number are updated when clicking on the Refresh button.
