Streaming to Beam, what are ideal streaming settings?

So I just started using this software and it looks really promising especially with new FTL protocol. I have 50mbps down and 3mbps up from my ISP. I have a 2560*1080 resolution. For clear output not blurry like it is now, what settings do you recommend I set?

Gives you a rundown, however we suggest using obs-ftl now: https://github.com/WatchBeam/obs-studio-ftl/releases it has instructions on that page for the best settings
