Support owners property on applications and servicePrincipals resource types

We want to add users to the owner role for our applications/service principals. It enables us to notify owners when their secret or cert is near expiry or expired.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the owners relationship property to applications and servicePrincipals resource types. This should operate in the same way as the groups owners property.
