Add support for documentation of standard functions/classes from cppref

I was using this Lua extension on VSCode and noticed it provided a functionality to show the docs for a Lua function from the official page. I think this would be a great feature to have to the C/C++ extension. The documentation can be provided from cppreference, since it is regularly updated.
