Some documents in CosmosDB might be created with invalid partitionalKey. For instance create in Data Explorer the empty document {}

  1. After that it is impossible to change partitionalKey even if it invalid
  2. It is impossible to DELETE this document
  3. Only way to read this document - use query like SELECT

Need find a way how to delete this document from collection
