Repo needs tests for client APIs to avoid bugs and validation during check-in.

Tests will be added, ServiceFabric team (https://github.com/Microsoft/service-fabric) is currently working on transition to open source, this repo will leverage the test infra used by entire ServiceFabric team, once that's available with ServiceFarbic Open source
