Deploy with bicep fails when no resource group exist due the inclusion of param tenantId #148

I'm trying to deploy with the main-new-rg.bicep, but it's sending a tenantId param that is not expected in the main-existing-rg.bicep.

I guess that the solution is just remove the param.
