This is the error I get when I try to create a new bot:

Can you please try running the following command from the project folder in a terminal (CMD or Powershell). This will help us determine what the actual error/cause is:
dotnet build ---project botTest.csproj

If it fails, share the full output.

It says that the project folder doesn't exist despite after running BotFrameworkComposer
