Is it possible to connect a remote skill bot that is created using bot framework not composer and published it on azure ? and connect it to bot composer?

I have a test skill bot that I created using bot framework , not composer and I have published it on azure . now it is possible to use that skill bot to bot composer(v2.1.1) and connect is to my local root bot? can anyone please guide me through that?
