Currently GWM can do transaction per script or single transaction. One scenario that can happen is that you use transaction-per-script and when you run the migrator to migrate a new version, one of the scripts fail. If you fix the script and then migrate again, GWM might consider that version "cemented" and not allow the corrected script to be migrated. Not a big issue cause i guess you could just bump the minor version of the script and go again...
