Context

An initial survey of the Charlotte North fence was conducted without rigorous precision. 😅

Objective

Per recommendations from @Suzydog69

1. Extend the area to include the strip West of I-77.
2. Implement modifications as locally preferred to ensure utmost accuracy.
Note: It's imperative to exclude any potential hindrances in the drafter's primary area of training operations.

As part of the action plan, @Suzydog69 will oversee the adjustments to CLT-N & Cab-W and their parent fences:

• clt-n fence
• clt fence
• cab-w fence
• cab fence
• Reroute raids in CLT area.
• Reroute raids in CAB area.
• Update quests in CLT area.
• Update quests in CAB area.

@Suzydog69 let's creep up to birkdale villiage on the next round of updates for charlotte.
in our last call we did some spawn point discovery there as a demo.
