Dear Mathew,
I am trying to annotate an integrated Seurat object, but get the following error:
labels <- Signac(seurat, num.cores = 1, verbose = TRUE)
.......... Entry in Signac
.......... Running Signac on Seurat object :
nrow = 3000
ncol = 25640
| | 0%, ETA NAError in V[rownames(V) %in% gns, ] : incorrect number of dimensions
How would you in general go about? First annotate the individual datasets and then integrate or integrate and then perform the annotation (as I tried to do now?)? .
with kind regards,
Aldo
