Description

• From Analytics opt-in flow UI #4126, we have links in the product to inform the user about what data we collect.
• The link we ask the user to navigate to is "https://docs.mathesar.org/analytics/".
• We do not have any content there yet and we need to add it.

Expected behaviour

• Add the following content to "https://docs.mathesar.org/analytics/".
  • What happens when one-time confirmation checkbox is enabled
  • What happens when usage data collection is enabled
    • What is included in the report, and how frequently we send it
    • How to view a sample report (By manually visiting /info/analytics_sample_report/).
