Status of Appointments

We would really appreciate the ability to do a few things related to the appointment status. We'd like to be able to set a minimum capacity for the appointment, and if that event does not meet the minimum capacity requirements within a specified timeframe, the appointment would automatically cancel. We'd also like the ability to manually set the status of an appointment as canceled rather than "open" or "finished." Thank you!
